How long did it take you to get a flat/rock hard stomach?

It will all depend on your starting point and bodyfat %. Me for example? If I just had a baby...maybe 7-8 months. Coming off a bulk cycle? 2 months (or less)

In summary it is pretty much what I do:
-Small deficit (around 0.5lb per week)
-Strength training (I actually do very little direct ab work)
-Keep protein adequate (for me I do 1g per lb bodyweight or more)4 -
Oh and I will add.. I carry most of my fat on the lower body. Even when I bulked my waist was still pretty lean, and it is one of the first places to go down when I start eating in a deficit.
This may or may not be the case for you. Belly fat can be stubborn for many people, so just gotta keep plugging away.1 -

I'm envious lol, my legs are shrinking and my stomach has barely changed.2
