Is it bad to be under my allotted calories most days?

So long as you are not 1) already underweight or 2) losing more than 2lbs per week (which is equivalent to a 1000kcal daily deficit), then your fine.

    Depends by how much.
Not everyones metabolism is the same so 2 people of the same age height and weight could (and probably do) need different amounts of calories a day so its pretty unlikely the number you were given was spot on anyways.
But if you are going a few hundred calories under and you had it set to lose 2 lbs a week then things are leaning to the unhealthy side.

I think it depends on how much... Like if you're not eating anything then obviously that's bad lol. Like there is a point where your body isn't gonna get enough nutrients. But that point is different for everyone. You know yourself best, even the app can make mistakes sometimes! But yeah as someone already mentioned, the maximum recommended weight loss per week on here is 2 pounds for a reason. If you notice that you're losing more than that, then be careful...
