Let me in on your favorite low calorie dressings for meats/veggies/everything! I was eating at Chili's the other night and had the 6 oz. Classic Sirloin with Grilled Avocado and it had a citrus chili sauce that is so delicious! That has me thinking what creative sauces are out there that I am missing out on for my veggies/meats!

Spicy Citrus Dipping Sauce (61 calories per 1/4 recipe)

    3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup fresh lime juice
    2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
    4 Thai chilies, minced
    3 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
    1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

In a medium bowl, combine the water with the sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add the lime juice, orange juice, chilies, garlic and salt, stirring to dissolve the salt. Stir in the cilantro and serve right away.

    Pica de gallo

Tomato (1 large), onion (1 large), cilantro (half a bunch, stems removed), 5-6 jalapenos, Lime Juice (1 whole), Salt (to taste). This gets better after a few days in the fridge but its ready to eat right away.
