Goals for the week

I did this a few years ago, during weight loss attempt 3(4?) and I liked that it helped keep me focused. Also works for typing out my thoughts/ideas and then post again later.

Goals for the week of 7/3.

1) Get in at least 1200 calories a day (I know, it sounds odd..but my vyvanse kills my appetite...)
2) Get in 4 exericse periods this week (currently at 2)
3) Drink that clear liquid stuff.what do you call it? You know, the stuff they put in toilets? ooh..that's right, water.
4) Keep logging (its easier to log when you don't feel like you need to eat all the time)

My current cycle began 6/7 weeks ago (with the vyvanse prescription) and I've gone from 241 to 216ish. I've asked the doctor to review the dosage as I shouldn't have to struggle to eat 1000 calories a day....
