We all know weight loss is always ups and downs so be my case I began October of 2014 and I weighed in at 405lbs through eating and working out I came down to 240lbs in 2 years after that my father passed away last year and it all went downhill and I gained back 100lbs so ended up at 340ish I got ahold of myself and I'm back down to 260 lbs so now my goal is lose 40 lbs in 100 days so if anyone wants to join me I would love that so we can hold each other accountable

    Fantastic job on your weight loss, sorry to hear about your father, pray success upon your journey ahead of getting back on track, you can do it

    I had a similar experience after my dad passed. You're doing great :)
