    I have the last 13lbs to shift. Trying to be patient as there's not a big margin for error with food. And even if I don't lose for a few weeks I consider it successful maintenance so it's still a win.

    when you get down to the last few lbs (as @grayblackmfp says) your logging needs to be super accurate.

    You literally need to log everything and routinely check the food items that you're adding to your diary for accuracy.
    I also find it useful to keep my step count up -after a period of calorie restriction, I find that I spend less time moving that I do when at maintenance, so walking helps me counter that and keeps my "calories out" up.
