Hi everyone!! I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm really enjoying the portion control and knowing what I'm eating!

    I love the new foods. I try new recipes a lot and experiment with mixing leftovers and creating unusual dishes. Yesterday I had brown rice, cooked split peas, mushrooms, sauerkraut and ginger dressing. I have lost 10 lbs.
