This! It kills me every time. I have a lot of sleep issues that I am on medication for but I still lack good sleep quite often. Those days I feel like eating the world.

"Give them an inch and they take a mile"
My craziness comes when I give myself an "inch"...I think "oh just a little for today" then my thoughts go to "well I blew it today, so I'll worry about it tomorrow"...then tomorrow I feel terrible and unmotivated and so my cycle begins.
How have I attempted to solve this? Less restrictions and working out most days/daily. I can fluctuate 5lbs a day too so I am trying to be better about not weighing myself all the time.1 -
Relapse spurs me on to yet more relapse. It's a slippery slope that is so delicious to tumble down. Since climbing back up is always the pits, I stay away from the edges. There be dragons!
