Pre workout users!

Hey y'all! What's your favorite pre workout? And I can't just do Coffee! Right now I'm currently using c4 ripped and I love it, but I think my body's getting used to it. Should I up it to two scoops or switch brands? Thanks so much!:)

    Try 2 scoops first. I've never taken only 1 of C4.

    Thank you! Do you do the original or the ripped? Someone told me the ripped has more caffeine, but I need to check into that.

    Yeah I sometimes use 2 scoops and that fixes me right up lol

    I use the regular C4, but if you are sensitive, you may not like the tingles, which IMO is more like stabby needles. The C4 Zero works great without the tingles.

    I have 4 different Pre-workouts. I rotate them weekly. C4, Amino Lean, one by S.A.N., and Kaged. I find that if I stick to just one I get too used to it and it loses it's kick.
