Hi there .. ok so I'm new to this but not training and dieting. After competing end of a April I went on Rebound.. now sitting at 68kg.
Need to shred to 58kg or around that for October..
can someone give my some advice to tailor this app to lose weight but be higher in protein but also a deficit...

    Under "goals" you can customize your calorie target and also macros by grams or %

    Go to : more-> goals -> customize calorie and macronutrients goals

    Let's you customize the % macro and calorie goals
