    Compare the differences and consider what matters to you.

    Alta is thinner.
    I believe the Alta has some higher end (in terms of appearance) bands you can buy.
    Charge 2 counts flights of stairs, I don't believe the Alta does.

    I have a regular Alta now and used to have a regular Charge and I like the Alta better. I wish they had had the Alta HR when I got mine. That will be my next one.
