Salted popcorn. Some brands have 40 calories per bag. Lots of volume and tasty too.
Fruit and veg, especially veg.1 -
Fiber rich foods will fill you up. Proteins such as chicken and fish. If you can stay away from high carb stuff like pastas and rice you can fit quite a bit of food in during the day. Pasta and rice can take up a large chunk of your calorie allotment.1

I stopped eating small amounts of food frequently (6+ times a day) and started eating bigger meals less frequently (2-3 times a day). I also delay eating as long as possible in the morning.2
