UA=Overrated essentially though most brands have become ultra expensive. I went to Nike the other day, and the price for running shorts was $40, and the shorts were on sale

I don't think UA is overrated in general, at least not the things that I buy. I love their leggings and capris for good quality (I have some for 3+ years and even when I was gaining weight, they held up and didn't wear out along the seams or inner thighs) and good coverage (they always pass the squat test!). I still won't buy them unless they're on sale, but they're some of my favorites.

Exactly. You can pry my UA workout capris out of my cold dead hands.

Yep, I agree! They are priced a little high for my budget, but I watch stores I know carry UA like a hawk waiting for sales :)

Lol. I read that article, too. I'm a pajama junky and frequently spend over $100 on a pair of pajama pants or a new Summer set. But all I could think about was:

    1. Errr... doesn't that mean you'd be hot all the time in bed? Hot-in-bed is literally the worst! And to pay extra for the experience! I'll keep my sore muscles, thanks!

    2. The price is fine... but they'd have to be pretty. And those are NOT pretty.

    No. They're snake oil.

i was disappointed. i clicked into that because i thought it was an actual piece of semi-serious anecdotal experimentation, basically something like 'i slept a whole x hours per night every night for a month and this or that was the result'.

and it was just an infomercial for [if i've got this right] something that keeps you a notch or two warmer when you do sleep.

might potentially do something for muscle soreness, based on observations of amphibian tissue.

i wanna start making jokes now, but i can't choose between tmnt and franklin.

The UA website has had some sort of sale or another going on every day for the last 2 months (when I started checking out the brand). So I got my tank tops on sale and paid full price for the pants simply because I didn't like the colours of the ones that were on sale.

I don't even want to try to imagine a world where I have to work out without a side pocket in my pants large enough to fit my phone. No more carting my phone in my bra so that I can listen to music. Woohoo!

I'm not down for the pj's though. A) they aren't that cute. And B ) I doubt the technology is sound. I need some proof before o made a purchasing decision based on my desire for their recovery technology.

This is just like people spending a bajillion dollars on merino wool underwear and socks for workouts because they think it's "naturally antimicrobial" when in reality, it doesn't hold moisture, so bacteria can't grow very easily.

Oh wait those are work socks to keep my feet dryer in boots. Carry on :)
