By end of today I will be in a deficit of just over 7000. So on my weigh in day tomorrow I should have lost 2lbs.but if been on the scales during the week and they havnt moved since last week. Normally they say iv at least lost 1lb by now but not this week. I drink at least 2ltrs of water a day. Any ideas why I might not lose 2lbs tomorrow?

There are alot of reasons you may not see 2lbs down on the scale tomorrow. The biggest one is that weight loss is not linear it can be affected by stress, water intake, the amount of waste in your system at the time. Etc.

Water/waste weight fluctuations are common. Higher sodium day....you will retain water. Sore muscles....you can retain water. Time of month.... you can retain water. Will you go potty first?

Don't sweat 1 weigh-in. You are looking for a downward trend in weight loss. Besides, everything is estimates. Do you weigh solids with a digital food scale and measure liquids in a measuring cup? Your activity level is a range....not 1 exact number. BMR/TDEE will vary too. People with a larger % of lean muscle-to-fat will use more calories sitting in a chair.
