Chocolate milk (D3)?

I just had a 500ml of 1% chocolate milk and read the nutrition and it said 90% of daily vitamin d3. Is this a good quality d3 I mean the same as in pills.

Milk is fortified with Vitamin D, so it's no different than the vitamin D you'd get from a supplement.0

I take 2000 units daily, so it's not quite THAT high, but my "daily vitamin" has 400, so the milk seems comparable to that.1
