Build your meal round the protein, meat, seafood, low fat dairy...

Make sure your protein source has the "muscle building" amino acids, specifically leucine. Dairy, animal flesh, animal organs, etc. are good sources. If it does not have leucine, say you are eating a vegetable based meal, you can take some BCAAs. You can do a google search for high protein meals if you want recipes.

If you have a 6 oz portion of just about any meat (chicken, fish, beef) you are going to get above 30 grams of protein in your meal. Add beans or quinoa and you will have even more protein. Broccoli and spinach are both high in protein for veggies.

Plain Greek yogurt with fruit and protein granola (mine has chocolate in it)
    Chicken any way...
Use Greek yogurt as sour cream
    Eggs many many ways
I will also put an egg on a turkey burger patty with some cheese and call that breakfast.
