Calories in Jillian Michaels' Meal Plans?

Hello fellow myfitnesspals,
I started the exercise element of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred a few days ago. However, I'm keeping my own diet plan (since it's been working for me, why mess with it?) Can someone who's done one of her food plans (e.g. https://images.agoramedia.com/jillianmichaels/cms/jillian-michaels-ripped-in-30-meal-plan-v.pdf) tell me how many calories per day her meal plans generally are? I'd like to gauge how my meal plan weighs against it and get a better idea of what kind of results to expect.

I think her meal plans for her workouts are 12-1300 calories. I've never used her plan just stuck to my own when doing her programs, just not enough calories for me.

Just eyeballing it, I'd have to agree with wenrob that they look to be 1200-1300 calories a day. They actually look like good plans. I think if that is too low for most people, you could easily add another snack in there and increase the dinner meal slightly and you wouldn't be gnawing your arm off!1
