How do I get back on it

I've been away for 10 days and been eating terribly since I'm used to working out everyday, I range from 107 at my best and 113 which is my worst. How do I get myself back to 107 again? My goal would be 105 but no matter how low my deficit is 1200 which is low to me, I always end up around 108-109 with that deficit. Perhaps I should try weighing my food? Any advice anyone can give. I'm 5'2 by the way.

If you're not somehow measuring your food, you can't be sure how much you're eating. Also understand that the less weight you have to lose, the longer it might take for you to lose it. General advice I've seen is to plug in all your stats (height, weight, goal weight, etc) and set your weekly loss to .5lbs a week. Go with the number MFP gives you.

You're at a normal weight. For some reason. I don't think you need too much help

Agreed. You're at a healthy weight (maybe a little underweight? I didn't do a BMI calculation) but if you are determined to lose weight, then I think yes, you absolutely should start to weigh your food.

I'm close to your height (5'0") and the sad truth is that at our height, our BMR is just not very high. You didn't mention it, but how active are you? If I'm sedentary, I burn about 1400 calories a day. So eating at 1200 calories is only a 200 calorie deficit. If I have some logging errors or a cheat meal, I can easily wipe out my deficit. So if you are determined to lose more weight, your only options are to get very exact with your logging (track and weigh everything) or add more exercise.

When you're already at a healthy weight and especially if you're petite, it's very hard to drop the last couple of pounds. I've been fluctuating between 106-108 for a couple of weeks and I don't think there's an easy solution. There's just not much margin of error at this height and weight - our TDEE isn't that much higher than 1200 without exercise. So I think you can try to tighten things up if you really want to lose more, or just go a little easier on yourself- you're already at a healthy weight and it sounds like you're able to maintain.
