Weight loss products??

I've been drinking this weight loss coffee and it's been helping me lose weight faster than I did before. normally I would lose 4 pounds in a month now I've lost 12 pounds! I'm so excited about it because having to be on prednisone I've gained a ton of weight now the weight is just falling off... what other products are you guys using that are helping? I'm thinking of adding to what I'm doing already

    My food scale and measuring cups. It helps give me accurate calories when I'm home, and helps me learn how to eyeball guesstimate when I'm eating away from home (restaurant, work, friends' places).

    Though I'd be doubtful if all the weight loss from the coffee is true weight loss, given the fact that coffee acts as a diuretic. So, it's mostly be water weight.
