Share your results with different exercise regimens

After a solid month of dedicated yoga practice - and not seeing the toning that I was looking for - I returned to calisthenics, a little ballet, and weights. Lo and behold, two days into a different regimen and I can see the difference in the mirror (more tone, flat) and on the scale (dropped 1lb). #everybodysdifferent

Is your experience similar to mine? Or different?
