I really struggle with weight loss, if i do lose any its only a pound or two but then i just put it back on, im 5"2 and weigh around 154lbs, i exercise about 5-6 a week and try to stick to a 1200-1400 calorie intake! what foods should i avoid? And what foods r best to "speed up" weight loss,, any advice would be grateful thank you :)

There's no magic trick or special foods to include or exclude. Anyone telling you otherwise is trying to sell you something.

Measures all your solid food (even prepackaged) with weighing scales, liquid with measuring cups and spoons. Carefully check the entries you use from the app to make sure they're accurate. Stick to the targets you're given by MFP.

It's not about the types of foods you should be eating or avoiding. It's about the calorie deficit. How are you measuring your intake?

Measure or weigh, as there can be a huge difference between the two

Sounds like you're restricting your diet a lot which causes you to gain the weight back. Don't look for foods to avoid, just fit what you want to eat into your calorie allotment.
