    I weigh in daily (10am, when I'm consistently the lightest) and take measurements each Monday morning. This helps me balance out any stress I feel about the scale moving (or not).

    I weigh myself every other day. It keeps me motivated and helps me hit my goals weekly. I record my weight every Monday. I do all my weighs first thing before breakfast. Down 14lbs in 4 weeks so I know what I am doing is working.

    I weigh everyday/every second day. If I only weighed once a week or less, i would be worried I'd catch my weight on one of my "high days". My weight fluctuates 3-4lbs, and always higher, never lower!

    I only weigh in during certain phases of my cycle. Then I will do it a few times that week. I'm off the scale during ovulation, pre-menstruation and menstruation.

    i weigh myself multiple times a day. I have a scale in my kitchen and in my bathroom. I like knowing how my body trends and how my food choices affect my water retention. I think more information the better.

    with that being said, my morning weight is the one i really care about as it's the most consistent way to compare day to day.
