Ahh I'm sick and losing all my gains!

I know I'm supposed to rest and have been out of the gym for 4 days, but just feel like I'm losing all I have gained.

How so? It takes longer than 4 days to lose your fitness level.
Gains are made during rest days. Work days tear you down. That's how it works. No rest, no gain.5 -

Honestly, taking a week off now and then is Great! Everytime I do I come back and hit PBs on every exercise! Don't stress about it!1 -
