Ahh I'm sick and losing all my gains!

I know I'm supposed to rest and have been out of the gym for 4 days, but just feel like I'm losing all I have gained. :o

    Honestly, taking a week off now and then is Great! Everytime I do I come back and hit PBs on every exercise! Don't stress about it! :)
