90# to lose, newbie here :-)

Hi all, I'm Mary and am just starting keto on Monday. Have been paleo/atkins for a while, but just not losing as much as I need to. I am stepping up my game now. I struggle w auto immune issues, and am focused on healing leaky gut too- asthma has been horrible last couple of years, I do know dairy is a huge culprit for that...SO, I'm going to be a detective and learn what I need to do to heal from the inside out and get fit. I'm a big fan of the 15 minute Metabolic Prime workouts (HIIT)( which I can barely do LOL), and recently had to stop a 6 week martial arts fitness challenge because my inflammation/asthma was not allowing me to continue the hour long very intense workouts. I am sad I couldn't continue that, but more mad that my unhealthy state robbed me of it. So I am on a mission to get healed so I can get aggressive with exercise in any form I want to!

    Sounds like you have some great goals lined up. I have found having exercise goals in addition to weight loss goals really helps you push through those weeks when the scale just wont cooperate! If you have time check out some of the stickied threads at the top of getting started and general weight loss help, there is so much valuable information compiled there. Good luck on your journey!
