Hi all!
I'm Andy. I work as a computer engineer doing a 4 on 4 off 24 hour shift pattern. I live in Basingstoke Hants. I do PT once a week and occassionally Kettlebells.
I would like to link up with other people who I can work out with around my shift patterns or motivational friends.
My main weakness is my ankle that can go whenever it feels like. Of recent it has been a lot stronger but it has been major issues for the past 17 years (my folks think it has always been a problem for me).
Hobbies! Well I DJ anytime I can. I used to do church bellringing. I am trying to get into producing.
