I'm actually committed this time.

Hello everybody! In the past I've been the kinda gal who has great intentions, starts off with a great plan and then slowly melts back into the couch with a hand in a bag of chips. I have a very physically demanding job but once I get home I find gravity has a profound effect on my lower half. I've made excuses for years that once I get home that is my time to relax and treat myself. I've been doing it all wrong and it was really starting to show. I've entered into a 4 month health and fitness challenge and I am so excited. Today was day 2 and I feel AMAZING!!! I'm going to see this through right until October. I already weighed and measured myself as well as taking photos on day 1. Today's workouts (yes, plural) left me weak and wobbly and I'm LOVING it! I can't wait to see how my body will change over the next 16 weeks, both internally and externally. I'm wishing all the gains (or losses) to all of you. Get it!
