Hello everyone. Not sure what to say or how this works. Here is a little about me. Im 27. I have a 2 year old son. I have a 4 month old little girl and a wonderful husband. I live in Colorado USA. I started to improve my health due to preeclampsia with my little girl. Still have high blood pressure and other small issues. Well thats my short story. Tell me yours!

    Hmmm... I'm a 38 year old with a 16 and a 12 (almost 13) year old. I waited until my kids were in elementary school to stop blaming baby weight and get rid of 70 pounds. I've kept that weight off for several years and enjoy running, biking and lifting weights (as well as eating cookies). This site helped me learn about healthy eating and that I *can* have my 'guilty pleasures' and I shouldn't feel guilty about them.

    Congratulations on deciding to do something to get healthy NOW instead of waiting. The time will pass anyway. Might as well make progress toward your goals while it passes. :flowerforyou:

    Hi! 45 year old mom of three here. I have done some stress eating and gained about 20 lbs in the last year. I finally decided a few months ago that I was going to not only lose the weight but take care of myself and get in shape. I've recently started a 30 day yoga challenge , which has helped me physically and mentally. I've lost 9 lbs so far and I'm very proud of myself. Welcome! It's important that us moms out ourselves first once in awhile! :)
