Any advice would help !

I went from losing 90lbs to gaining 30 back to losing 9 so I'm still up 21lbs. I've been lifting heavy for some time now but am so lost with the fact that I can't seem to get the weight off. I can totally see my body changing but I can't seem to lose weight. My "bat wings" are my biggest issue. I'm starting to get discouraged at this point. I want to eventually be a body builder but that dream seems so far away. Currently my macros are 100c/125p/ 100f on my training days and 50c/125p/105f on my non training days.
Any advice is helpful.
I've added photos from when I started my journey to today. The photo of back are from June 7, 2017 to July 8, 2017

It's been my experience through the years is its diet that keeps me from my goals. The good thing is today there is so much medical research about what is the right diet for the right individual. It's a matter of finding that information. One suggestion would be to try powerlifting, I've seen some great results from people who took this route. Frustration is frantically looking for answers, but your picture show you found some answers. Take a breathe and enjoy the fruits of your labor, make a plan for the next steps.0

Weight loss comes down to being in a calorie deficit - if you're not losing weight, or dropping fat (which is what the "bat wings" are), you're eating too much, either through a calorie goal that's too high, or inaccurate logging3
