If you're using a scale to measure body fat percentage, ignore it. Those readings are notoriously inaccurate.7

As malibu said the method you are using to measure body fat is not reliable, so don't get too wrapped up in those numbers.
Alot of people have problems with their stomach. Check out the "so you want a nice stomach" stickied thread. Getting a flat stomach is going to take patience and work.1 -

Those scales aren't even really reliable enough for trends. I can weigh twice in a row, one without lotion on my feet and one with and get two different results. Almost 5% difference with the two.1 -

Keep eating in a deficit until you hit goal weight. If you're still unhappy about your esthetics at goal weight, start body recomp (eating at maintenance and doing a progressive lifting program).
Weight loss is all about eating less calories than your burn throughout the day. How are you measuring your food/beverage/condiment/cooking oil intake?0 -
Not sure who or what a nutriologist is, but any body fat measurements that can be done by a nutriologist with calipers or a scalr are not reliable. Tell him/her to stahp.
Just go by your weight and how your clothes fit and how the mirror speaks.1 -
That was my question, what's a nutriologist?2

Sounds like someone who got to make up their own job title.3

Beverage: only water and milk, so 2 cup of milk, 2-3 cups of water with the food an a 1 lt bottle for the rest of the day
Condiment: I don't measuere that because I only use salt once with the meat
Oil: I don't consume oil

Why only use your scale for meat? It should be used for ALL solids if you want any accuracy.4
