I'm back- cautiously/determined

Hello!!! I'm back on the app again. I'm so excited.. I'm so nervous cause I just stopped Nutrisystem.. But I was starting to feel crappy and then was finding myself cheating.. I need to eat real food, and exercise! I haven't worked out in forever.. I would love some tips! I have twins toddlers and stay home. But I'm getting a gym membership soon, and can do things at home. I'm clueless as to what to eat and how much after relying on Nutrisystem for a while. But I can do it! I feel soooo great about myself when I succeed.. health is important to me. Looking better, feeling better.. I can't wait! Tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks!!;) ❤️
