Hi MFPs,
It's awesome to see so many MFP users lost 100+ lbls and had fabulous transformations. However I have some questions for you and I hope you can clarify certain things for me.
How long did it take for you to lose that weight? What was the goal weight loss and what was the actual rate.
I have set up my MFP to lose 1.5 lbls per week, but sometimes I lose 2 lbls in a week and some other weeks none.
I tried TDEE-20%, calorie cycling, eating at 1200, excercising heavy and excercising light and none of them seem to change the rate of the loss. I am sticking to TDEE-20% for now with some lifting and cardio on a regular basis.
Did you change the type of food you eat during the journey? How does your macro setting looks like?
Did you change your excercise plans? Did you focus on lifting or cardio? did it change throughout the journey?
Sorry, but I read so many contradicting theories on the site that I'm kind of confused. Thought the best way to figure it out is to ask those who accomplished the weight loss and kept it off.
Thanks in advance for your support
