Reverse dieting question

Hi, so I'm not necessarily looking to cut or bulk but I do want to increase my food to have better workouts and performance in the gym. I increased my calories by 100 last week and my weight has maintained. Does that mean I increase by another 100 this week? Thanks! I'm new to this!
