New to fitness training

Hello, I'm a forty-one year old male. In the past two years I've made significant changes to eating habits and incorporated significant exercise. I started with walks that turned into to jogging then running 4-10 miles at a time. Additionally, I started a routine of body weight exercises until I'd lost over 40 lbs and dropping pant sizes from 36 down to 30. In the past few months I've been working on getting my NASM personal training certification and should be completely certified in the next month.
