Help can't stick to macros

Got my head around sticking to calorie deficit to loose weight but heard that you have to watch macros for weightloss too ! Can I not loose weight just counting calories ?

Macro goals tend to be highly personal and specific to fitness/health goals. Wat what you like, and stay within calorie goal. If you are really struggling with hunger/satiety, you may need to pay more attention to macros, but otherwise , don't worry about it.0
