Took a look at your diary.
There is NO WAY you're burning over 2,000 calories a day. You're overestimating your daily burn.
You also are not eating enough for your activity level.
Try this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/975025-in-place-of-a-road-map-short-n-sweet
Doesn't matter what you eat, as long as the calories you consume are less than you burn, but with a MODERATE deficit.
Good luck.0 -
Well looking at your diary, It kinda looks like you are all over the place in your eating/ logging. I see that you are very good at logging for breakfast but by the time you hit dinner one day is skipped and one your had cookies for dinner? I would say you need some more whole foods and veggies in the rest of your diet.
I am going to tell you something that about 9 million other people will tell you You need to eat more to fuel your body for those workouts. Make sure you are getting plenty of fiber and protein. Eat back at least all or most of your exercise calories. Look up a TDEE and BMR calculator and figure out what you really need calorie wise. In case you don't know (I didn't) BMR is base metablic rate, it's the minium amount of calories that your body needs to keep you alive like if you never get out of bed like ever! TDEE is your total daily energy expenditure. What your body uses to not only keep you alive, but to move and exercise or even to get up and go to the fridge! Take your TDEE and subtract 10-20% of that to find out what your body really needs to function and lose weight in a healthy way and still fuel your body with what it needs.
It might also be helpful for you to just log what you are eating for a whole week and then go back over it and see how you are eating over a period of time. It might help you to see where you are making mistakes and then you can fix what didn't look so great going forward. Good Luck!!!0
