Any ideas on what I could have for breakfast to keep my macro nutrients around the same numbers, I'm trying to replace my protein shake in the morning with a nutritious alternate, I have protein shakes pre and post workout so I would like to squeeze in something more nutritious for my protein goals in the morning.
