Stats are below I started my journey in feb 2017 lost 14lb n 7% body fat
Height 5'6
Feb 2017
Weight 178.7 lb,BFP- 26 Muscle mass 34.2
Today July 2017
Weight - 164.2 lb, BFP-19.5, Muscle mass 33.9 .

My am more or less happy with my progress , I was not expecting to go below 20% PBF .
I am targeting now 15% body fat , for past 4 months I was doing 4 days of circuit training a week not much weights . Since last 2 weeks I have added 45 min to my 45 minutes circuit training .
Queries are -
1)I am on 1700 calorie intake right now with 40% carb 35% protein and 25% fat do I need to change it .
2) Whats the best approach to reach 15% fat I believe journey is tougher now .
