Guys, I ate a footlong deep fried corn dog with curly cheese fries last night at the State Fair. This morning when I weighed in I braced myself to see a number inflated by water weight and who knows what else. But instead I saw a new low!
I realized I'd been on my feet all day and I hit my 10,000 step goal too! I had room to eat more calories and still come in a little below my allowance.
It really hit me then: CICO. Doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you're meeting your deficit. Not only did I eat three meals yesterday, I also got to satisfy my fair food cravings, and I lost!
By the way, it was the most amazing corn dog ever. I think having not eaten deep fried foods in so long just made it that much more special. lol!
