Hello I am a young mother of 3 beautiful girls. My last baby was born about six months via c-section and since then I have gained an excessive amount of weight which is new to me since I lost weight after the delivery of my other 2 daughters. Since my c section i have gained weight in my hips, thighs, back and of course the stomach area. I have a full-time desk job so I'm not very active until I'm home with the kiddos. Does anyone have any advice or tips that will help me get rid of my pooch and back on the right track to my weightloss journey.
