I'm a super busy mom, full time worker, and full time college student. I have a huge goal of 50 lbs and very low will power! Lol

    You'll be just fine! Eat well but eat things you like in moderation. Drink lots of water too :) I'm about to exercise so I can have my daily chocolate allowance lol :)

    Hello! Wow, you are a busy one. Keep in mind your goal is attainable no matter how busy you are. You can do simple basic exercises at home if you don't go to gym and keep track of your meals via mfp. For a busy Mom like yourself, you have to be creative with your time. You have to make some of the play time you have with your child an active time such as when you push stroller etc. Even if it's just popping in a fitness video for 10-15 exercise. The big part of your weight loss is going to come from food and how much of it you eat. this is why you need to track and follow your daily recommended caloric intake. You can do this Gurl!
