Hello all, been doing a lot of ready on here for awhile. Now I am ready to post some. My goal is to loose 113.6lbs.....but if I get there, I am going to keep going. I've just had that goal of reaching 200lbs for so long. I have been at it with the app for almost 3 months now.

What I have figured out this time around is that I am loosing the weight for me. I am not dieting (diets just don't work for me). I am making a general life changes and making myself concious of everything. I am not depreiving myself, but when I do go off track, I don't beat myself up real bad.

I am typing this as I sit at Wendie's having my 2 double stacks (cheese only: 770 calories) and water, I cut out the French fries and now I don't even miss them anymore. My breakfast was 328cal. Dinner will be 548 cal (already have that meal planned). My calorie intake goal is 1750. I'll be under that.....and I am still going to take the kiddos to the pool tonight. They play while I swim laps. Then I play with them and race and what not. 1 hr and 45 mins in a pool burns quite a bit. I get family time and it does not seem like work.

It is a big goal to loose this much weight, so I Set mini goals. For example, I am less then 1 lb away from crossing under that thresh hold of being morbidly obese. Then after that is 247lbs, that was weight where my snoring always became severe.

I was at my worse at Xmas 313.6 lbs....I was looking at having to purchase 5x shirts. I missed out on rides at universal with my kids because I could not close the safety harnesses. That really hurt.

I am currently at 284.2lbs. I can feel the difference with the lose so far. Now I want to see how good it feels to weigh 250.....then......

As I said. I am doing this for me, but maybe I can help motivated or keep someone else motivated along the way.

I kind of love everything about this post! It sounds like you're in a really good place. If you're comfortable, I'd strongly encourage you to start taking progress pictures now (if you haven't done so already); start thinking ahead to your future Success Stories thread
