    As aforementioned Facebook has a lot of Keto groups where you can get tons of information and recipe ideas...I also have found a lot of Pinterst.

    I have come across a lot of keto friendly recipes on the website ibreathei'mhungry.com . I have always been a bit of a foodie and even though am aiming to lose weight I figure I can still do it and find things that have flavor and be an enjoyable experience. Many of the recipes I have used from rule.me were good as well. I have found that I have to have a bit of variety otherwise it makes it harder to stay on track.
