Do I thaw frozen fish before weighing it?

Nutrition facts are generally for the product "As is" when you buy it. So weighing it frozen if that's how it was when you purchased it is probably the best way.
If you have for example a 2 lb package of fish, you can always weigh it after cooking and portion it out knowing that you're dividing up 2 lbs of fish. So if you make 4 meals, you know there's 8 oz of fish in each. Hope that makes sense1 -
I buy fish, weigh it out in to portions and freeze it. The frozen fish weighs the same as the pre-frozen fish. (so, I'd weigh it frozen0
