Hello all, my name is Jake. I'm looking for some friends on here for some mutual motivation. For the past couple years I've eaten/drank carelessly and my body shows it. I had my first doctors appointment in 4 years, and I am on the brink of having high blood pressure :'( , most likely due to exogenous obesity.

Soooooo my friend Amanda and I decided to join this website to continue to motivate eachother and have some fun while we're at it! Send me a friend request if you'd like to join in on the fun :smile: I'm hoping to meet some awesome people out there!
