Hello all, my name is Jake. I'm looking for some friends on here for some mutual motivation. For the past couple years I've eaten/drank carelessly and my body shows it. I had my first doctors appointment in 4 years, and I am on the brink of having high blood pressure , most likely due to exogenous obesity.
