How to lose stomach fat?

I am planning on eating better, drinking more water, and doing the plank 10 minutes a day as well spending the other 50 minutes as doing other exercises that focus on my arms and legs.

Unfortunately you don't get to choose or drive where fat loss comes from. Planks won't matter with that. Weight loss comes from eating less than you burn, period. And where is comes off is based on genetics.4

You haven't mentioned being in a calorie deficit.... That's what will make you lose stomach fat2

I think you should eat at a calorie deficit. It is the most important thing and the one thing you didn't even mention. The rest is fine but won't do anything without the calorie deficit.1
