    Haha! And I find it so easy! We're trying a new plan reintroducing carbs and man, I'm starving all day. I get the feeling this is gonna last a week or two and I'll be back on Keto lol

    I know if I eat carbs I am starving and eat way more calories than if I stick to keto. If I stick to keto I am usually under my calorie goal. I read that to slow weight loss if you are heading in to maintenance it's best to adjust your protein and fat but keep the carbs low.

    There is no need to torture yourself eating keto! As long as you stay within your calorie goals, you can eat a more balanced macro profile like 200c, 100p, 50f and lose weight. Just sayin'.

    If it's too restrictive, then don't do it. There's a reason for the old saying, "The best diet is the one you can stick to."

    I'm not even sure when all the carb-hate became such a thing. Carbs are the new fat, I guess.
