I personally like seeing where I've come from, and where I've been. It's eye-opening and interesting.1

I think there is something to say for reflection. It provides us a different, more open view of what may have been hard moments. Maybe I will have a different view at the end of my journey. But, I can say now I am still sorting through things to push myself further. I couldn't do that if I didn't look back.0

True. I don't look at it as something I will stop...not given my emotional/binge eating. But the journey to lose the weight will end, and a journey to maintain begins.
