Not new, but failed many times before

Hello everyone!
I am Alexa. I have been a member of MFP for years but never came and introduced myself (which was my mistake).
After quitting smoking and trading up cigarettes for food and taekwondo for a sedentary lifestyle, I went from 115 lbs to 165 lbs. My dream of a bikini bod became just a fantasy.
I have tried many times before to lose weight and become healthy, but have failed every single time. I change my diet, exercise at the gym and use MFP to monitor everything, and eventually I do see modest loses. However, I always reach a breaking-point, lose all my steam, give up and rebound, usually once I start getting close to 20 lbs lost.
Well, I am at this point again. I am currently at 142 lbs and I fear I will lose my steam. I think my mistake was never keeping a support system in place to smack my butt, so to speak, to get me moving again if I faltered.
I am looking for friends! Friends to cheer me on when I am doing well but most importantly, friends to yell at me if I am stumbling. Friends to inspire me when I am in pain.
From what I hear, it takes 3 months to create a habit, to incorporate a lifestyle into your own, but reaching that plateau is difficult.
If anyone is willing to be my support for the next 2-3 months, I (and my future bikini) will be eternally grateful.
