Has anyone done intermittent fasting, if so what's a healthy weight loss per week doing this fast?

IF is a time schedule, nothing more.
You still need to eat fewer calories than your body uses in order to lose weight. The same rules apply for healthy rate of loss. One pound per week is the general recommendation.1 -
Yes I've done it and lot's of people do it (formally and informally...).
The rate of healthy weight loss is the same as for any other eating schedule - that's individual to you and your circumstances.
If that's a current picture of you then you don't appear to have much to lose so should normally be shooting for a slower rate of loss.1 -
