First day back at the gym

Today was my first day back at the gym since June 15th and maaaan... it was hard.
I've been out of action because of Lyme's disease (caught early enough to be treated with antibiotics).
I'm thinking I will continue to eat at maintenance until I get back into my normal gym routine, then restart my calorie deficit. My diary is open. Current wt 164, height 5'5, 38 yo female.
Opinions and advice are welcome :)
